  I just want to start out by saying how grateful I am for Long Island MMA. At this gym, we are a true family. Everybody who trains here looks out for one another and wants to see each other succeed. It is a priveledge to train here. The coaches are the best around and are always willing to help out the gyms members. I met some of my best friends at LI MMA. I truly love this gym. It is home. This gym is also home to the UFC’s Ryan LaFlare, Chris Wade and Dennis “The Menace” Bermudez. These 3 are the best at what they do and if all the rest of the worlds professional athletes conducted themselves they way that Ryan, Chris and Dennis do; the world would be a better place.
